What is the price?
Pet Doppels are priced per pet: 4 inch is ₹690, 6 inch is ₹990, 8 inch is ₹1,290, and 10 inch is ₹1,590. GST is included. Shipping is ₹100 for one pet; two or more pets ship free.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7-9 working days after you approve the preview shared on WhatsApp.
Can you deliver to my city?
Yes, we deliver across India. Add your full address and pincode at checkout; for delivery outside India, talk to us on WhatsApp first.
What is a Doppel made of?
Each Doppel is 3D-printed in PLA, a sturdy quality plastic, and then hand-painted. It is a display keepsake, not a toy or chew item, so keep it dry and avoid drops.
How do I know Doppel is legit?
You can see real work and customer notes on this page, pay securely through Razorpay, and approve the preview before production. If you are unsure, tap Talk to us and we will help directly.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
No — because every Doppel is made to order for your pet, payment is prepaid through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). You approve the WhatsApp preview before we print, so you always see the direction before production.
What is the refund policy?
Because every Doppel is custom-made and hand-painted from your pet photo, we do not refund for likeness, colour differences, or change of mind after preview approval. If it arrives broken or damaged, contact us with photos so we can help.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use one clear, well-lit photo where the face, body shape, markings, and collar are visible. If a detail matters, add it in the notes field.
Which sizes can I order?
The pet figure form currently offers 4 inch, 6 inch, 8 inch, and 10 inch Doppels. All sizes use the same photo upload and preview flow.
Will I see anything before production?
Yes. After checkout, the team reviews your photo and notes, then shares the preview direction on WhatsApp before the final finishing stage.
Can I order a memorial Doppel?
Yes. Add the pet name, dates, base text, and any emotion or pose you want preserved in the special instructions.
Is this only for dogs?
No. Dogs, cats, and other pets can be ordered as long as the reference photo clearly shows the details we need to model.
